In this session from Beer Con 2014, we sit down with craft beer and food expert Dr. Bill Sysak. We discuss his Beer Con panel regarding the current and future state of craft beer. We also discuss his thoughts on the event, we talk to him about tips on cellar aging beer and pairing food with your beer as well as some of his interesting history which lead him to where he is today.
